Role Overview

We are seeking a Presales Consultant to join our team in Prague. In this role, you will be the bridge between our sales and technical teams, helping prospects understand IceWarp’s value, guiding them through proof-of-concept (PoC) phases, and representing IceWarp at industry events. The position requires both strong presentation skills and solid technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations to prospects and customers in online and onsite meetings.

  • Provide technical consultation during proof-of-concept phases, ensuring smooth testing and evaluation of IceWarp.

  • Support prospects by walking them through product testing, answering questions, and troubleshooting initial challenges.

  • Attend and represent IceWarp at industry exhibitions, conferences, and partner events.

  • Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), clearly articulating IceWarp’s differentiators.

  • Report regularly on business cases, customer needs, and technical opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align technical validation with business goals.


Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.

  • Experience with similar products (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or comparable collaboration/email platforms).

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable speaking to both technical and business audiences.

  • Technical background in email, communication systems, or IT infrastructure (advantage).

  • Ability to travel internationally several times a year.

  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving approach.

  • Team player with customer-oriented attitude.
