We are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team.


Your daily activities will include:

  • Starting your day with coffee or tea and choosing from fresh fruit or sweet treats.
  • Checking your daily agenda, emails, tickets, and notes to plan your day effectively.
  • Responding to tickets or working on assigned departmental tasks.
  • Collaborating with other departments, mainly Infrastructure, to resolve certain tickets.

Job requirements

What skills should you already have?

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • Knowledge of Linux/Windows server administration is an advantage
  • Previous experience with email servers is an advantage
