IT Project Manager

We are an innovative technology company specializing in communication solutions - from email and team chat via audio and video conferences, calendar and contact synchronization, to document sharing and collaborative editing. We’re looking for a junior / mid-level IT Project Manager to support our development team and guide product improvements from initial planning to final release.

What you’ll work on:

• Capturing and organizing notes from product meetings

• Describing use cases clearly and logically

• Working with the Head of Development to turn ideas into technical requirements

• Breaking down work into tasks, prioritizing them, and preparing project plans

• Coordinating development activities and keeping projects moving forward

What you bring:

• Ideally 1-2 years of experience in IT project management within a software development environment

• Ability to understand both product needs and technical context

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• A structured approach to planning, documenting, and coordinating work
