About the Role:

Are you passionate about content creation, building communities, and connecting with people? As our Growth Marketing Specialist, you’ll take the lead in growing and nurturing the IceWarp community. From managing reviews on major platforms to creating engaging articles and supporting our user community, you’ll play a crucial role in amplifying our brand voice and driving organic growth. What You’ll Do:


Community Building: You’ll be the face of IceWarp for our community - building strong relationships, engaging with users, and fostering a positive environment where everyone feels heard and valued.

Content Generation: Write, curate, and manage content that drives engagement and adds value to our community. This includes creating blog posts, product updates, as well as moderating discussions within the IceWarp community.

Review Management: Proactively manage and respond to reviews on key online platforms, ensuring that IceWarp’s reputation remains stellar. You’ll engage with reviewers, respond to feedback, and turn customer experiences into compelling content that highlights our strengths.

Amplify User Voices: Collect and promote user reviews and testimonials to showcase the real impact IceWarp has on its customers.

Social Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to boost community engagement through social media, forums, and content sharing. You’ll create excitement around product launches, updates, and key events.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, developmet and support teams to ensure that our community and content efforts are aligned with IceWarp’s goals.

Monitor Trends & Feedback: Stay on top of what’s happening within our community and the wider market. You’ll report on key insights and feedback to help guide future product improvements and marketing strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role and industry (SaaS)

Languages: Fluent Czech + English

Natural Community Builder: You have a talent for bringing people together and making them feel like they belong. You can engage with users across various channels and foster a sense of community.

Content Creator: You love to write and create content that is both informative and engaging. Whether it’s a detailed product review, a blog post, or a community discussion, your words always resonate.

Engagement Pro: You know how to keep a conversation going. Whether it’s responding to reviews, participating in forums, or moderating online discussions, you keep the energy high and positive.

Relationship Manager: You can manage relationships with both users and partners, ensuring everyone feels supported and valued.

Proactive & Organized: You’re not just reactive—you anticipate community needs and plan content accordingly. You can juggle multiple projects and keep everything running smoothly.

Analytical Mind: You’re able to pull insights from reviews, feedback, and community engagement to inform your strategies and help the company improve.
