We are an innovative technology company specializing in communication solutions - from email and team chat via audio and video conferences, calendar and contact synchronization, to document sharing and collaborative editing. All accessible in a unified environment, supported across major browsers, desktop and mobile platforms, and running both in the cloud and locally.
We have a job opening in our Sales team, ideal for someone with solid SaaS sales experience who wants to make an impact and gradually grow into a Team Lead position.
What you’ll do:
Manage the entire sales cycle - from prospecting and qualification to closing deals
Drive both direct and channel sales in your assigned region
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Collaborate closely with marketing team to support business growth
Track performance and pipeline metrics to continuously improve results
Shadowing and learing from our CEO and other Sales Team members
Take on additional team responsibilities over time, with the goal of evolving into a Sales Team Lead role
Job requirements
What we expect:
Proven experience in SaaS / cloud solution sales
Strong background in regional sales - both direct and through channel partners
Fluent English and Czech and other languages are a plus
Self-driven, target-oriented personality with a passion for technology and results
Ability to work independently and take ownership of your region
