What You’ll Do:


Co-Sell Partnerships with Distributors/Partners:

  • Build Strong Relationships: Work closely with our CSO (your manager) and team to create a dynamic partner-distributor ecosystem that delivers real value to our customers.
  • Drive Opportunities: Facilitate connections between partners and sellers, matching business needs with Icewarp’s cutting-edge solutions.
  • Integrate Expertise: Seamlessly bring partner solutions into our sales processes, boosting the adoption of IceWarp products.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with our account units, marketing, and support teams to establish top-notch partner connections.
  • Lead & Innovate: Drive leads and opportunities, support partner strategies, and scale our offerings through partner collaborations.


Partner/Distributor Impact:

  • Listen & Respond: Use feedback from partners and customers to identify and overcome obstacles, ensuring their success.
  • Engage & Support: Promote partner events, encourage participation in surveys, and connect resources to keep the sales pipeline flowing smoothly.

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For:


Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Channel Sales with a focus on the German market. We expect you will know the local partners.
  • Language skills: Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and spoken.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently while still collaborating effectively with the internal sales team.
  • Travel-Ready: Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Cloud Savvy: A solid understanding of cloud concepts.
  • Location: You would ideally be based in the Regensburg area as we have an office there but we are open to REMOTE as well.
